कार्य आवश्यकताएँ
- व्यक्ति को वरिष्ठ नागरिकों, बेघर लोगों या वंचित बच्चों की व्यक्तिगत रूप से सहायता करनी चाहिए।
- उनकी सहायता सामाजिक, भावनात्मक, शैक्षिक या स्वास्थ्य-संबंधी हो सकती है, और इसका उद्देश्य किसी आर्थिक लाभ प्राप्त करना नहीं होना चाहिए।
- उन्हें यह कार्य कम से कम छह महीनों से कर रहे होना चाहिए।
प्रभाव
- व्यक्ति के कार्य का प्रभाव स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देना चाहिए — जैसे कि उन्होंने कितने लोगों की मदद की और उनके जीवन में कौन-से सकारात्मक बदलाव आए।
नामांकन प्रक्रिया एवं जमा करने की प्रक्रिया
- कोई व्यक्ति स्वयं को नामांकित कर सकता है या अन्य लोग भी उसे नामांकित कर सकते हैं।
- नामांकन फ़ॉर्म मनीषा मंदिर एनजीओ की वेबसाइट और सोशल मीडिया पर उपलब्ध होंगे।
- फ़ॉर्म में नामांकित व्यक्ति का विवरण, एक फोटो, उनके कार्य का वर्णन, और उनके योगदान के प्रमाण की आवश्यकता होगी।
चयन एवं घोषणा
- एनजीओ सदस्यों और बाहरी विशेषज्ञों की एक समीक्षा समिति आवेदक के विवरण की जाँच करेगी।
- अपने मूल्यांकन के आधार पर समिति विजेता का चयन करेगी, जिसे ईमेल या फोन के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा।
- अंतिम घोषणा एनजीओ के सोशल मीडिया और प्रेस विज्ञप्तियों के माध्यम से की जाएगी।
जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि
- आवेदन प्रत्येक चक्र के पहले महीने के अंत से पहले जमा किए जाने चाहिए।

- The individual must personally help senior citizens, homeless people, or underprivileged children.
- Their support may be social, emotional, educational, or health-related, and must not be for financial gain.
- They should have been doing this work for at least six months.
Impact
- The impact of the individual’s work must be clearly visible — for example, how many people they helped and what positive changes resulted.
Nomination Process & Submission
- A person can self-nominate or be nominated by others.
- Nomination forms will be available on the Manisha Mandir NGO website and social media.
- The form will require nominee details, a photo, a description of their work, and proof of contributions.
Selection & Announcement
- A review committee of NGO members and external experts will verify applicant details.
- Based on their evaluation, the committee will select the winner, who will be informed via email or phone.
- The final announcement will be made through the NGO’s social media and press releases.
Deadline for Submission
- Applications must be submitted before the end of the first month of each cycle.
