PACER supports comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) to empower individuals in making informed healthcare decisions. By generating evidence through research shaped by patients, caregivers, and the wider health and healthcare community, PACER aims to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes.
In PACER-funded research, patients, caregivers, and other engaged communities actively participate as equal partners. By sharing their lived experiences and insights, they help ensure studies are more patient-centered, relevant to real-world needs, and capable of delivering meaningful outcomes.
Activities to promote awareness and encourage the use of findings from PACER-funded research help bridge the gap between research and real-world practice. These efforts support patients, caregivers, and others in making more informed health decisions, while also enhancing care delivery and patient outcomes.

The positivity of Manisha Mandir can be felt as soon as we put on our first step in the temple. It has been wonderful interacting with Dr. Sarojini who has multidimensional personality but above all she is a great human brimming with love and love. Great service of young kids to make them civilized and good citizens of the country.
यदि कोई माँ मणिपा मंदिर जितना बड़ा पुण्य कार्य कर रही हो तो उसे कितनी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ा होगा, इसकी शायद ही कोई व्यक्ति कल्पना कर सकता है। जब से मैं यहाँ आया हूँ तब से मैं देख रहा हूँ माँ डॉ सरोजिनी के चेहरे पर एक तेज है, बराबर एक मुस्कान है यानी जो कुछ कर रही हैं उससे इन्हें खुशी ही नहीं बल्कि बेहद आनन्द की अनुभूति मिल रही है। जो बड़े मन का होता है उसी को आनन्द की प्राप्ति होती है। यह बड़े दिल की माँ है, समग्र बहुत आध्यात्मिक है। जीवन में संकल्प लेने के बाद उसे मूर्त रूप तक ले जाना कि सारी बेटियाँ मेरी ही बेटी हैं, देवत्व का ही होता है।
आज मणिपा मंदिर में आकर लगा कि एक माँ की गोद इतनी बड़ी हो सकती है कि उसमें दुनियाभर की बेटियाँ समा जाएँ। जब हम बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ योजना लेकर में चल रहे हैं तो यह संस्था हमारे लिए आदर्श है और प्रेरणा का स्रोत है। यही नहीं यह संस्था समाज से बेटियों को बोझ मानने वाली मानसिकता को बदलने में कारगर भूमिका निभा रही है। मणिपा मंदिर समाज में बेटियों के प्रति उभरी हुई विकृत सोच पर प्रहार है। इस महनीय कार्य के लिए डॉ. सरोजिनी अग्रवाल जी ने अपनी एक बेटी के न रहने पर सब बेटियों को अपनाकर समाज को सही राह दिखाई है। इन्होंने सब बेटियों को एक उपनाम दिया है – “भारतीय”। भारत की बेटियों को “भारतीय” से बेहतर उपनाम और क्या हो सकता है? यह उपनाम डॉ. सरोजिनी अग्रवाल की राष्ट्रवादी सोच का प्रतीक है। डॉ. सरोजिनी अग्रवाल जी को इस सराहनीय प्रयास के लिए बधाई।

मणिपा मंदिर में आकर बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई। डॉ सरोजिनी ने माँ की पीड़ा को समाज की पीड़ा ही नहीं बल्कि उस पीड़ा के हरन के लिए सराहनीय कदम उठाया है। बड़ी जिम्मेदारी संभाली है। अगर नियमित रूप से इस मंदिर की मदद करने वाले आगे आएं, प्रतिमाह जो कमाते हैं उस से थोड़ा रुपया निकाल दें तो लाभ होगा। मैं उनके अनुकरण की सफलता चाहता हूँ।
डॉ श्रीमती अग्रवाल जी ने अपनी बेटी की स्मृति में एक ऐसा पुनीत कार्य किया है जिसकी मिसाल देखने को बहुत कम मिलती है। जिन बच्चियों को उन्होंने अपनाया है उन्हें माँ मिली है। अगर माँ का प्यार बालिकाओं को मिले तो उससे बड़े सुख का कारण और कुछ नहीं हो सकता। जो अन्य लोग हैं उनका भी दायित्व बनता है कि अपना सहयोग का हाथ आगे बढ़ाएं।
डॉ सरोजिनी जी को इस बात के लिए बधाई देता हूँ कि बिटिया के दुख में रोने के बजाय उन्होंने न जाने कितनी अनाथ बेटियों के आँसू पोंछने का यह पावन कार्य प्रारम्भ किया। इन बेटियों का एक भी आँसू पोंछने के लिए हम में से जो सक्षम हो जाएगा, मुझे लगता है कि गायत्री मंत्र के एक हजार एक सौ आठ से ज्यादा मंत्रों के जाप से ज्यादा पुण्य का भागीदार हो जाएगा।
